The way tall fescue and its fungal endophyte react to future climate change will depend on the genetics of each organism, according to researchers in the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture, Food and Environment.
Sonny Ramaswamy, director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Institute for Food and Agriculture will visit the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture, Food and Environment May 6. He will give a seminar titled “Perfect Storm to Nutritional Security,” from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. EDT in the Cameron Williams Hall, in Plant Sciences Building.
The event is for horse owners interested in understanding how nutrition can affect their horses’ health and longevity.
