For one week every June, the University of Kentucky campus is flush with teenagers attending the Kentucky 4-H Teen Conference. The four-day event helps teens develop life skills, leadership qualities, and communication abilities. They are then encouraged to take what they learn and apply them in their own communities. One young woman from Warren County, started her own 4-H environmental club, and is working to make a difference.
