Usually, summers around Cooperative Extension Service offices in Kentucky, are a busy place with day camps for children learning about cooking, gardening, sewing and other activities. But with COVID 19 around this summer, that's not happening and Extension educators had to come up with alternative ways to reach the youth. Some Northern Kentucky counties had a "Day Camp in a Bag" program that provided weekly activities and required a little self-motivation.(Read the full story here)
