LEXINGTON, Ky.—
Kentucky maple syrup producers around the Bluegrass State will open their operations to the public on Saturday, February 1, for the inaugural Maple Syrup Day. Over twenty producers in the Kentucky Maple Syrup Association will be participating in the first time event, and they hope everyone will come out and learn more about how they are producing maple syrup.
