It is called the Farm to Fork program at the University of Kentucky, which is part of Campus Kitchen, a place where students can get a free hot meal, at least once a week, but it is more than that. Campus Kitchen, through Farm to Fork, works to reduce food waste, fights food insecurity and empowers the community, while at the same time giving students who prepare the food an opportunity to get hands-on experience.
